But I have a new goal I'd like to try.
Starting tomorrow, I'm starting a
Get Happy Challenge
with my bestie Melissa.
Our goal is to try and do all we can to be happy mommy's by Christmas. Our love and support through this challenge is our gift to each other.
Each morning (or maybe night before) I will:
- try a new tip, ex.take fish oil
- set a simple goal, ex. make the bed
- share a thought of the day, probably from those oh-so funny "your ecards"
Each night I will try and journal how my day was, the good, the bad and the ugly :p
Let's hope for more good each day!!
